- Notes: Antennaria plantaginifolia is similar to A. neglecta with wider leaves each with three main veins. The leaves on flower stalk are larger (to 1” long), the flower stalk is longer (to 1’), and the heads larger. There is no spot on the fillaries. Flowering is from mid-April to mid-May, and fruiting begins in early May. A. plantaginifolia is found commonly, usually in clusters, and mostly in openings in woods.
